Return Policy

We appreciate returns and cancellations at our company. However, the client is required to pay a 30% non-refundable security deposit to save a date. Make sure that cancellation is done at least 60 days prior to the event or the delivery date.

As much as we love to refund or cancel, we have a strict policy for a security deposit. We hold the right to cancel the date if the client refuses to pay the security deposit for an event.
